They have some plastic one quart containers at Gordon food service that restaurants use to freeze stocks and sauces. You can split it up for future use.
This year I am trying to follow your process of starting now and freezing as much as I can. I do not have an extra freezer, so I am limited in that space. I going to start my stock this week this year and take it from there. I have never seen eggs in gravy. I have seen it in dressing though. I was born and raised in the country in Virginia. There are so many different family and area traditions when it comes to food. Love your videos. I always take away some kind of nugget I didn't know before.

Disclaimer, I made turkey stock 3 times last year before I realized I had a malfunctioning stove. Please make sure your equipment is in tip top shape. I have been the butt of many jokes since this happened. I have a tough skin and love the OSSF family. Although Chef Jeffrey and BCK love to tease me, I am will not be moved. I am now the proud owner of a LG convection/air fryer stove as a result. I absolutely adore it. Happy holidays to all.
Looks great! I grew up with gravy something with 'Kitchen Bouquet' in it ...lol (my mom did her best...) and homemade giblet gravy is a whole new thing to me. (I'm not even sure what stores sell giblets up here in the north...) I will try to find some giblets and make some. Great upload ~ thank you
If you go to any butcher, most are cutting up fresh turkeys at this time of year, and will discard the necks and innards, but if you contact them and ask for them to save them for you, most will and charge you a little of nothing for them

(One local butcher said they could order a 30# CASE of giblets for $50 or so... but I would have to buy the whole case...lol. No, thank you... don't need that much...) 😆
