I hate when enemies level with you. It essentially mandates min maxing
@@Pickleton it gives a false sense of improvement. You're not really getting better if everything else around you is getting better at the exact same rate.
Yes instead of new enemies, globally enemies just.. 'level' with you..
*cough* *oblivion* *cough*
makes much of the game worthless to explore. When this happened, I.. just stopped caring about games.
I think leveling with you can be good if not done too much, like in breath of the wild most (but not all) enemies rank up after you’ve killed enough things but each individual enemy has its own limit and it takes a lot to level them up slightly
@@minaashido518plus in botw the upgraded enemies drop their own better and unique loot compared to the ones you start out at and doesn't the leveling have less to do with links progression and more to do with how much you fight?
As such just like in the real world, man I swear playing RuneScape as a kid taught me some valuable life lessons.
i felt this to the bone
It’s worse when the sword you buy is instantly given to every Tom, Dick and Harry you slay.
so any bethesda rpg
@@mrpersoonman My first Morrowind playthrough I amassed a huge pile of glass and daedric weapons that I couldn't sell because no one had enough money (and I could con merchants out of all their money by using magic anyway so it was kinda pointless).

Atleast You Got More Dps.
you forgot the part where you can't use it because it's too high level lmao
And when you can use it, you don't, because it sucks then.
I'm so used to hoard gold like a maniac, I don't even buy potions or materials, I just like collecting gold. Worst part is that I still took my time looting everything, and every 10 minutes or so I run back to the shop with almost maximum weight to sell everything. I don't know what's wrong with me 😂😭

That rare drop will get you every time.
Always remember this mindset if this happen to you agian. You used all of your gold to get the sword to kill the monster with the better sword easier. So technically you used all of your gold for a better weapon.
True. Spending my entire bank account and my index fingers on that sword to kill a monster 10 seconds faster was totally worth it in the end
the universe is telling you to dual wield
yess... yEEEESSSSSS

Extremely underrated
He must be happy - new good sword allowed him rise to even better one.
This is why i dont buy any boost in an rpg
1 unwritten rule in rpg: never buy weapons from a blacksmith. Just use dropped weapons
Found that out immediately trying out world of warcraft
The games I play almost all require me to craft my tools and weapons myself 🥲.
Baulder’s Gate is the only exception to this rule.
Or just steal it
Or craft it 🤑

Fun fact, the reason why the monster dropped the new sword was because the sword he bought had the magic spell that increases the chances of rare drops by 2%, that sword had a 97% chance from spawning.
Accurate as hell, thats why i rarely buy and just loot shit
Merchant: Here we have a legendary weapon.
Weapon: Lv. 5, ATK 70 Crit Up 10%
The weapon I got off the ground: Lv. 8, ATK 70 Poison, Sneak ATK DMG 25%, STR 10 INT 5
All merchants both in games n real world are just the same...full of bullshit😂😂
Yeah
Buuuut the legendary weapon looks cooler.
as a dude who plays rpg games with dual wield i see this as an absolute win

THE FACT THAT THIS IS SO ACCURATE IS SO AHH like u get a legend sword in town 1 but the rare sword in town 2 is better
True
That's why you only buy scrolls, potions and ingredients and never armor or weapons unless it's a super rare set item you've been trying to grind for.
That doesn't sound right.
In most games a legendary from let's act 1 will still be better than a rare from act 2.
They also have strong effects or unique abilities.
Only epics or other legendaries will be better.
“NOPE. Is uglier than my actual weapon”
i love when some games allow you to change the appearance of different weapons
Don't feel regrets, you haven't made that far if you did not use that sword.
You increased the loot quantity and quality and drop rate using a much better sword.
When you buy a new weapon and go back 20 minutes later to see a better new weapon
Accurate and hilarious! 😂
Yoooo your animation is a Ww+ bro and that always happened me bro that hurts alot😂😭😭💀💀
This is how games try to teach you to be responsible with your money IRL.
The change in emotion was so quick
the rarity only makes the sword stronger
The little noises G starts making as he presses the buttons makes this even more hilarious 😂
I make You shake that gyat in front of me so quake that cake My mind My way
I hate it when that happens, but it’s even worse when the game sells you a sword that your about to earn in a few secounds, compared to by a sword that boosts your level quickly to catch up to stronger stuff, one makes you feel like you waist money, and one makes you feel like you spent money on a good boost.
this is why i never buy weapons especially from the shop/merchant😅
Me too😂😂.
Games where the weapon increases stats based on level and not the actual design:
People that had this experience probably are depressed
can confirm
happens to me so much in skyrim. I level up and unlock a new sword that does some extras dammage from the shops. I buy it and go to a bandit camp to test it out and the first bandit I kill has the same sword...
wait i played skyrim dont you have the ability to sell there?
Yep. The lvl item apear in shop is roughly the same it appear on enemies
Thats how the system works though. The loot table for gear is dependant on your level and what current gearset you have on!
