Bottled Abalone Sauce is better than chicken stock. Chicken stock powder is like MSG cannot put more. Maybe 1 tbsp (to taste) after putting abalone sauce and oyster sauce combine. Dark Soy Sauce (colouring). Add dry shitake mushrooms, water also increase gravy taste and 1 tbsp fried garlic.
