While I agree with you about eagles, I’m going to politely disagree with you on the “junk silver” statement. While I might be weird because I’m kinda a prepper. I have thousands of dollars in constitutional silver. I don’t know, man. I just think it’s neat to have a circulated peace or Morgan dollar. I think about who might have had this before me. yep, I definitely agree In my opinion constitutional has the best value right now and you also get a piece of history as a bonus. Also when SHTF people will trade in constitutional due to familiarity. Just look at the spike in price and premiums for "junk" silver during covid.
90% US mintage silver can often be purchased at low premium and is VERY recognizable. Its smaller denominations without added premium also give it a unique advantage over 1 oz and larger coins, rounds, and bars. Aside from 90% mint coins, smaller sizes of ALL other silver and gold ALWAYS command MUCH higher premiums. This is due to the added work and cost of manufacturing multiple smaller coins. 90% is uniquely cheap in this aspect. One more advantage of pre 1965 90%, is that it has a very limited supply compared to all other types of silver which are continually being made. Scarcity of US mint 90% will only add to this hidden value over time.
You say those who stack 90% silver are on the dumb side, Then the next breath later, you talk about having to do math. Seems like people who do math are usually smarter than those who cannot do math!
I buy junk 90 all the time. Premiums are low, it's recognized world wide and it adds up rather quickly. I agree with the 40% coins that are just simply to costly for refineries to make a profit remioving the impurities. Usually you can get 40% at spot or back of spot. They make great barter options. At the end of the day my silver is worth what another silver purchaser is willing to value it at. Open market. Time and energy used to acquire worth in exchange goods or services. Like thousands of year ago.

@@fatlostmedia1376Eagles have a ridiculous premium. There is no such thing as better quality silver. It’s all just silver. Those 90% coins will melt down and the copper will naturally separate. It’s a great buy.
I disagree with your premise on junk silver. American coin is one of the best most durable ways to own silver. Just remember $1.40. Try sawing up your dollar coins to buy goods and services.
Even when I disagree, I am more entertained when you’re talking smack. Junk tells a story about American history. You can also find yourself with something very rare and desirable in those junk sacks. Your criticisms are fair, but I’ve found accumulating junk rewarding.
90% is a diversification of your silver stack. Always a (non-zero) possibility of finding a rare one which could be worth much more. Junk silver is a better deal - in general - than fractional silver. Shouldn't be the majority of your stack but nice to have some.

Let me simplify it for you. The only number you need to remember is .715. Whatever the face value, pull out your calculator or phone and multiply it by .715. Thats how much silver you have. Now compare it to the price they are charging you, and decide if you have a good deal. How is that hard?
That's not true. War nickels by far have the most actual silver weight by face value. There's 1.125 troy ozs of silver in $1 of war nickels. There's .31 toz of silver in Ikes. 40% quarters and half dollars have different amounts of ASW in them, etc.
Junk silver has its place in stacking. I have some and I add to it a bit at a time. It's easily recognized and fractional. But it has something else going for it, nostalgia. I give away Mercs to folks sometimes if I think they are having a bad day. Faces light up instantly. I like generic bullion for the weight of my stack though. I have a few ASE but I don't stack those really. That premium doesn't always come back.
😂 You'll buy an Eagle with a $7 premium that can't sell back for more than a $3 premium for a loss of $4. You would need a 13% ( 4÷30 ) gain in spot just to break even !! Sorry all that math confuses you Forrest
I specifically said that when the premiums on Eagles get out of hand to buy 10 oz bars for that exact reason. Right now they are about $5 over spot which is fair.
14 90% dimes = 1 ounce. Easy to figure out. Same goes for quarters. 4 quarters and 4 dimes still = an ounce. I would not get into war nickels or 40% halves. Canadian silver is only 80% so more math. If you are just interested in pure silver, just buy some rounds and bars. Eagles just have to high a premium. I still buy them if they go on sale (spot drops and premiums drop). I try and have a variety. I also have copper rounds because I like the designs and $3 each does not break the bank. Do I think they will be good during the zombie apocalypse??? Probably not. Kennedy not Franklin are 40 percent
Junk silver attracts the gays.
I heard the same.
I hate platinum
This was great …you aint wrong
Shitting on part of the community that you are presenting this video to is kind of ironic.
That’s what dogs do
And your telling people to buy bars bars is a bad investment bars are harder to get up off of when you need to a pawnshop if they can’t find who made those bars because I can test the silver bar and it show oh yeah 99% pure silver till I cut it in half and you got a chunk of lead in the middle of it unlike a sovereign country backed silver coin are better by far than buying bars unless that bar is a Swiss a Canadian or an American mint you may have trouble getting off of those bars. Should you ever have to fast ? Your logic is just ridiculous.
LMAO!!
🥈😂
Absolutely correct ... finally someone smart but also brave enough to straighten up the reality ..junk silver coins are JUNKS !. Buy your pure 999 Silver Eagles instead. Junk Silver are just for melting or for Numismatic Collectors.
I fear people will get stuck with them as spare change 😅
I kind of go along with the way you think I would rather just use pure silver

Math is easy for me, appears you need to take your shoes off to count over 10 😂😂😂😂😂. Will the government confiscate my constitutional coins,no but they have confiscated precious metals. Yes everybody lets pay $10 over spot. I'm paying $.76 for JUNK over spot

So basically your saying you took the clot shot?
I think it’s stupid cause it’s worn down and you are literally getting short changed .
Also they say they are not making it more not true they make 90% silver quarters and so on .
Junk silver over hyped and overpriced
. Great video
this is so true, probly make many mad, why pay more for less silver, 90 percent is a suckers con, copper another con, silver for me all the way.
You are too funny! Great entertainment but a dose of truth re cultish stackers and their prophesy of Mad Max scenarios.
Thank you Glenville, keep it stackin 💪
Why you baggin' on people that buy Coca Cola and Hot Dogs to live in the woods though? 🤔
Why do I feel Triggered?
That was my favorite part of the video
I felt offended too, I always make sure to bring hot links and coca cola when I go camping
I like cola, hot dogs and the woods.
