I think Ben and Penny are the most loyal to the MC followed by Barnaby, Andre, and Liz. I am guessing those are the first five that reconcile with the MC.

I think Penny, Ben, Liz, Barnaby and Talbott will be the first few to come back, because the first three are just loyal and kind to a fault, and Barnaby has his own past. Talbott knows what's what, plus he's a Ravenclaw so I think he's smart enough to think about this logically.
Also Merula said not to tell anyone that her aunt is the director of R, otherwise she would tell everyone about MC's dad, and MC didn't say anything about Merula's aunt. But Merula said nothing about not telling anybody that she's an agent of R.
