I became an auto mechanic later in life and learned body work too. The amount of those I could have saved ! They were mostly easy restorations at that time.
Right"..i agree doing this as a hobby i seem to come across every make model year.I grew up loving classics and vintage vehicles of all types. These newer cars are all junk there is no heart and soul in them.So i would rather drive and see others driving the older rides.
Yeah thats what i keep telling the guy who own that place , i say dude just let go man , it will be ok lol ..some of these old timers that still live in the past think they will just let them sit.That is not good i tell them , they have to be used or there just a waste. So here we are looking for things still solid enough to save"..:)
As a 15 year old I used to wander thru local auto wreckers in around 1970 . Now that's when you saw some really nice stuff !

Man some of these cars I do believe that my son's dad had a couple of them kind of cars. 1:38 2:30 2:31 4:30 5:35 Fairlane car too
Most of those are gm cars , all good rides! ... We hope to see more of these old schools back on the road again.:)
