We spent 4 winters in that park and had a great time with all the people that we met there. that was a few years ago. We liked the park as well it was clean and the noise from the road did not bother us much. It was a good price as well when we stayed there. The spaces are not huge but we got our 40ft rv in with no problem. It brought back lots of good memories when you walked around and showed the place. Thanks for the video.
Seems like a great price for yearly rent - road noise yes, but still! Liked seeing the Baja Bug, my first car was a 72 Baja Bug... haven't seen one in years!
Nice! That yearly rent - even with the HEAT in the summer, one could afford to take off to cooler places and just snowbird back for the winter. Right off the frontage road... I take my pets to the Vet just down the road from there. I also like shopping at the Goodwill store off Fortuna. Hope you have enjoyed your stay in the Desert Southwest!
I’ve stayed here it was nice. Simple amenities. I liked I could ride my ebike to Walmart to shop and I had a lab so we walked all around the neighborhood good long walks
Seems like it would be a great place to stay some and store your RV while you go home for a visit or take a vacation somewhere from the extreme heat. Renting at a storage facility would cost $100 a month or so.

There was also an older but established (deck, covered area for car) travel trailer for sale for $3000 I saw after the video was made. Can't go wrong at those prices.

These places are very unfriendly to people with slide in truck campers. I've been told many times it's ok, then when you put your camper on pallets for extra support...they come over and kick you out!
Hey Goose your showing where some people live year round . If you haven’t been paying attention but Yuma has a huge problem with I-As ( Illegal Aleins) . Yuma has become Ground Zero with illegals. The hospital is over ran with them. Crime has increased dramatically . I’m sure the folks who live there year round appreciate you putting this on line….
The only problem I have with these places is they pack you in and you have no privacy and this place must be right on a major road or the interstate all you you hear is the road noise

Yuma is great for five months of the year but hell on earth for the rest of the time.

Hope to see many more videos on your channel in 2024 and beyond.

I love your dog ❤
Woof!
I think your dog is a Democrat.
I live in a trailer park like this one in Phoenix and the rent for a space is $815 a month.
Cant stay in yuma in the summer
1:19 you still staying there
I don't think I'd buy anything in a park because they could double the rent tomorrow.

That’s a good price. Would rather be in the actual city instead of the foothills.
Why?
Sardine RV parks aren’t my style.
Don't like it keep comments to yourself
