Chiara Ceseracciu - CU5 Ph.D. student

The Agriculture and Forestry Curriculum (CU5) gives Ph.D. SDC Candidates the possibility to research on environmental, economic, and social sustainability and climate change in key areas of agriculture, livestock, and forestry. CU5 aims to develop more efficient use of natural resources in agro-ecosystems through sustainable production of food and biomass, reduced dependence on non-renewable resources, conservation of biodiversity, prevention of soil degradation and desertification, and more resilient agroforestry systems, and better animal welfare.
