    Hi! Thanks for the video. I wonder if you could write, what proportion do you follow for making matcha tea?

    • @yanimalscafevlogs
      @yanimalscafevlogs  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi there! Usually I would recommend about one teaspoon of matcha to half a cup of water for a more liquid consistency. Some prefer a stronger matcha than that though ~ 🍵

    On the summer mango tea, what do you put before ice? Seem like every cup you pump it a little.

    • @yanimalscafevlogs

      Hi, it’s the brown sugar simple syrup used to sweeten the drinks 💕 sweetness is adjustable so it’s not always the same ~

      @@yanimalscafevlogs brown sugar simple syrup, is that from the bottle and ready to use? We can find it from the store? Thank

    Very interesting!! What is that green liquid on top of drink when you making latte?

    • @yanimalscafevlogs
      @yanimalscafevlogs  ปีที่แล้ว

      That’s the Matcha 🍵 it’s a type of green tea from Japan that has a more earthy/stronger flavor

  • @amy6641

    Looks like the classic milktea and jasmine milktea are pre-made? What types/brand of dispensers are those? And do u manually dispense the fructose from the pump bottle?

    • @yanimalscafevlogs
      @yanimalscafevlogs  ปีที่แล้ว

      I don’t currently work now and I’ve forgotten the brand of dispenser 😅 but yes we manually pump the brown sugar simple syrup since the sugar level is adjustable for all drinks 🙌

    • @amy6641
      @amy6641 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks! Manually pumping is definitely the more affordable route (but might not be as consistent) as compared to an automatic fructose dispenser. But an automatic dispenser can easily run a few hundred to a few thousands of dollars, but it’s more consistent no matter who makes it.
      Love all your videos! You’re so quick on your feet. So precise! Not wasteful even when it comes to making smoothies. A lot of baristas end up with so much extra in the blender. I watched your videos until 4am yesterday 😅
      Hope you’re enjoying Japan! 🇯🇵

      This one is Bobaville on 3811 Noriega Street (sf) but there’s another location, in Daly City on 346 Gellert blvd. and I believe those bottles are called FIFO (first in first out) dispensers. Super handy 💗😄

    • @yanimalscafevlogs

    How do you know how much of each ingredient you are putting, seems like it’s just guessing

    • @yanimalscafevlogs
      @yanimalscafevlogs  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi! There are lines in the side of the cup which helps indicate how much of each ingredient to put. But after working a long time it becomes like an instinct ~ sorta like bartenders 🍻💕

    • @yanimalscafevlogs
      @yanimalscafevlogs  ปีที่แล้ว
