Long time no see! Ang Mo Kio must be very big, seems to have a lot of hawker stalls there. Wow, really, hawkers here span a history of 30-40 years at Cheng San Market? This center must have been built just when I left Singapore as I never heard of it. Did Singapore just lifted the COVID restrictions? No more fish nets on the tables, people are sitting there eating....Quay Chap is one of my favorites but I made the vegetarian version now, retaining the braised egg. My mouth is watering looking at the Mee Pok. I really admire the vegetarian stalls, they spread good karma with the food they serve and also very generous. The food must look very good, hence people ask if it is vegetarian, ha! ha!. I am dreaming of buying up the whole stall for the day, with so many varieties, I can enjoy all the vegetarian food for the full 7 days without having to cook....ahhh, it is only a dream but a nice one. Can't get this variety here in CA, have to make it yourself! Enjoy this center as all the hawker food look very delicious and authentic, top notch with so much variety. Since you barely make it to the next row, you will have to do Part1, 2, 3...etc. Thanks for another enjoyable video...👍😜😊🤣😂
Hey Liz! Hope you're cooking up more dishes.. soon you can also run a local vegetarian private kitchen 😂 did you noticed that the vegetarian stall also does kway Chap?? Yes.. SG lifted since tue I think.. now allowed 2 diners per table. Now I'm cautious not to linger around for too long.. 😅 need to move around quickly
@@Piggypuggy Yes, good strategy to move around quickly. Be safe and da pao, this delta variant is more infectious and dangerous. Yes about the kway chap, that is why I wanted to buy up the whole stall, so I can have delicious food all week, a nice dream, hee, hee! Thank you again for making these entertaining videos, appreciate it greatly...😊😁
Hi, could you please put in your description, the stall names, what their main servings are, and the timeline where they appear on you video? Your video is almost half an hour long. I think you could help your viewership if you let people know what they are going to see, and if they want to re-find something they liked, they can. I get disappointed when I go through all that and only really like 2 stall foods. Please.
Hey! Was about to message you to see what's up! We're also having spikes here and there.. so my posting kinda slowed off a bit..take care and stay safe!
These are barely typical. You missed out the two best stalls there! The glutinous kueh stall just opposite that braised duck stall and also the mabo lor mee. Your taste buds will 100% love you once you tried these.
Yes.. maybe alot of older folks there.. can't even support themselves. V nice of them to serve. Plus.. I saw a lot of older folks struggling to clear their own plates.. thanks to new rule. (It shouldn't apply to those lao kok kok folks)
this is an example of a dishonest chicken rice seller, they steal some portion of the chicken breast away to sell it as another pack of rice whenever someone ordered whole chicken, so usually, I buy whole chicken without them chopping it up for me to prevent them from stealing any meat from my order.
my pet peeve is when food operators giving tiny slices of meat. like the thinnest of meat and the smallest of prawn/squid, you can hardly bite into the meat. how to feel full. ought to give it a miss. with a few difference, some stalls give an acceptable portion. anyplace that is stingy like that won't have regular customers.
@@sunchildtine Such stalls should be named and shamed on TH-cam channels so visitors/locals not be tricked. I had very bad experience with chicken rice (my trip 1994, back to Singapore after 10 yrs away!!!) at Chinatown complex in 1994, with only slivers of fat, skin and bones. Now in 2022, I will take pics and post on TH-cam of seller's trickery. The government should close down/heavily fine such stalls, as they're giving Singapore a bad name.
Waaaaahhhh.. finally new video!
Took 2 weeks off.. Siam the rise in number of cases lately
@@Piggypuggy oh i thought you got quarantine ordered also given the spate of Hawker center closure. Risky endeavours filming all over.
Wa felt like waited a month for this! 😍
😅 forgot how to film liao

Wow! It's good to see you're still going strong!
We're in lockdown now so can't do anything yet. But nice to see a fellow friend making it big!!!

You too! Please stay safe my friend!
Been there before but not eaten there. It’s crowded even during pre pandemic days.
First time for me too.. never really explored further beyond my usual hawker centres. Looks like there's quite a few gems here also
The duck rice look nice
It is one of the more popular stalls there.. must try
Is it thanks for sharing, 👍
Once I went with my friends for Teo Chew porridge late at night.. it was long queue
Yeah.. teochew porridge is always very popular in the evenings 😄
AMK got 8 Hawker Center, have you been to all the 8 ? 🤔
🦆 buay.. this is also my first at Cheng San.. only go there for Pine Gardens 😅 previously
Wah! Didn't know tt, which is the best I mean all rounder.

Opposite the duck stall has glutinous kueh stall? Not the bedok chwee kueh?
@@Piggypuggy ya it's the chwee kueh. that one nice, always long Q
I like that view 5:47
Looks like the kuey chap store actually brings the food to your table? Rarity...

who dat 2 pretty chais at the kway chap stall 😍
This stall in hygiene, he was wearing gloves when handling the meats,
You should blur out the people faces in your videos. It isn’t nice to film people and post online without their permission.
穿黑色胸罩的好性感。❤️❤️❤️

Not frugal, maybe hard pressed !! 😏
Yeah.. maybe.. 🙁

@@Piggypuggy u saw what he did to ur chicken breast order? one whole pc became 2 and he only gave u the top portion
