    This is awesome. People try to do so many complicated diets, etc. But it's really so simple....THIS totally works and contains lots of nutrients. Sure, no bread....no alcohol...no sugar....etc. BUT, you have to think about the goal. Make the sacrifice because it will be worth it.

    Having fruit after a heavy protein meal isn't the best for digestion. Having it first thing in the morning is what is recommended, at least for digestive purposes.

      Try vegan! There are many plant based complete high protein sources! I mostly enjoy slow cooked black beans or lentils and quinoa. You’ll feel so much better without the mercury and plastic pollutants that are in fish flesh. If you don’t like fish, don’t try to force yourself 😓 our oceans are being depleted

    No to turkey bacon. It’s high cholesterol and turkeys are so cute. I stopped eating them at Thanksgiving a few years ago and don’t miss it. Whoever’s reading this comment should try holding a turkey, they can be very calm and social. It is therapeutic 💗 most are very sweet and gentle!

    Thanks for sharing! Please be mindful of your sanitation practices while in the kitchen. You put raw chicken from your cutting board into a ziplock bag. Then proceeded to put the bag onto your cutting board that had chicken residue on it. Then placed that bag into your refrigerator. You just spread E.Coli, salmonella, and other harmful bacteria on the bottom of the bag and inside your refrigerator. That is a recipe to get yourself and others sick from raw food contamination. The dishes looked yummy but please just be careful when cooking/ preparing food. Thanks 🙂

    Carbs come in the form of fiber, starches, and sugars. She said no to sugars and to avoid sugar but she mentions sweet potatoes,fruits, and honey which all contain sugar (yes, it’s a natural form and loaded with micronutrients)
    BUT, Sugar is sugar regardless of the form (sucrose, fructose, dextrose, etc) and your body will digest it as SUGAR. Just wanna put a disclaimer that these celebrities are cool & all but they are not registered dietitians, nutritionists, formally educated, etc- SO please take their words and use critical judgements because their advice can be misleading. Nothing against Olivia (love her!) but I’m putting a disclaimer out there for everyone.

      You are right, but she is no eating added sugar like on a juice or candy or pastries. It's not healthy for someone to cut sugar all the way (as fruits) or carbs (sweet potato) just add it with the healthy options and in small portions;)

      @@333DEMILOVATO I'm a sport and exercise scientist, obviously cutting most of a macronutrient leads to one thing = A CALORIE DEFICIT. You may not have been 'counting' but you were most likely in a calorie deficit (i.e eating a lower amount calories that you were burning). Its that plain and simple, the fitness industry likes to create all these glorified diets that lead to weight loss but the only reason they lead to weight loss is because they create a calorie deficit i.e eating less than your total daily energy expenditure (which is made up of your metabolic rate, calories burned through exercise and calories burned through non exercise/gym activity)
