Would you use the Microsoft 365 integration or the outlook calendar integration? Is one better than the other?
The truth is I never used any of the outlooks. I have a few clients with outlook and they use the 365 integration. Works great.
Thanks for this video but we are facing a problem now cause when a team member book a meeting it goes to his CRM cause he's the host of the event but other team member who will accept this meeting will not see it into their Zoho CRM calendar it will appear in the ZOHO Calendar and after talking to a Zoho CRM support member apparently the CRM calendar only sync 1 way into the Zoho Calendar and not both ways. I am still waiting for a call back from a Zoho Mail-Zoho Calendar support team member to clarify things. If you could make a video of what's the best practice to use about managing calendar that would be amazing.
I also had problems with zoho bookings cause you can't import many Zoho CRM or Zoho Calendar to your Zoho Booking calendar so they told me my only option was to import all my calendar to a google calendar and then import that google calendar into zoho Bookings. It worked but I'm disappointed about the fact that a ALL in One integrated solution still need to send me to a third party calendar to do the job.

Thanks for this important content. I still search a solution to bring tasks in the crm calendar, so if I have tasks planned for specific days non of my clients can book an appointment via Zoho bookings for this timeslot. Is there any solution for that?
M P yes. It’s a mix of zoho crm calendar and zoho bookings. You need both solutions on.
Lior Izik - Zoho One, Zoho CRM, Automation, sales unfortunately not. This is what zoho responded: I am sorry to let you know that Tasks in CRM are not considered as Calendar events and it will not get synced to Bookings. I will add it as a feature request, so that our team can look into the possibilities and get it implemented in one of our upcoming updates based on the feasibility.

@@MP-fl3gf 99% of the things on my channel are impossible based on Zoho. There is a creativity level that needs to take place. Zoho crm calendar adds meetings (not tasks) to the crm. If you have your calendar integrated the meetings go to the calendar as well.
from the other side you have zoho bookings. Zoho bookings check the calendar for availability. Because the CRM meetings are pushed to the calendar, zoho bookings will sync with the calendar which means with the crm. is that making sense?

M P There is a way to create a script that push a task to the calendar. Yes. It’s possible.
We have consistent issues with two way sync for reoccurring events when a change is made to the series.😢
Are the changes not syncing properly? Did you try checking with Zoho Support about that?
