Official Wii Servers went offline around March of 2014 so getting banned on there is impossible unless there is a 3rd party/Custom server that you want to be on. You can still get banned from 3rd Party/Custom servers by not following there rules. Good example of getting banned from a custom Mario Kart Wii server by using a cheat that make you have unlimited Mushrooms at will.
