I don’t see this as him helping the 118 because he suddenly became a better person, more the fact Bobby pointed put he was being manipulated by Ortiz (a woman and poc that also extra salt in the wound) for her agenda, and yeah he hates the 118, but he hates being used more and obviously that took a big hit to his ego as well. Also same time he didn’t realize Bobby was currently manipulating him as well when he brought him to the hotshot set, like hen said he didn’t want the job really and he clearly was a big fan of show, and to have a job where he criticize people all day over their work performance, he hit the he goldmine when came to retiring

I don’t think she would be aressted I think internal Affairs would a Further investigation into her Background and check with evidence and arrest her including anyone that was involved with social services.

Gerrard is only wanted a backup pension job. Also being in the movie set pays more than being a firefighter, plus being a firefighter advisor made everything he said is true. This is his dream job
Ortiz really needs to face the factal truth that Hen is not responsible for her son's death. He brought it upon himself. Shutting down stations (fire or police) is a bad idea for the community. Other houses will b stretched thin to help out with both their territory, and the void. Help may not come or not enouph arrives. Real politic officials should realize that. No matter what reasons they may have.

I actually got mad at the councilwoman she ruined hens life and station 118 and was stupid enough to demand body cameras to be on every 118 station members so it was her fault I didn’t expect season 7 ended stupid I bet she was fired
I legit thought Gerard was serious about splitting up House 118, but the fact that he recorded their conversation to bust Ortiz made me respect him....even if his hug with Buck was supremely awkward and uncomfortable to watch. Ortiz brought this karma on herself for being petty towards Hen because she was unable to save her child.
Corrupt people always secretly film/record the conversation while they're doing those stuffs to protect or to make a bargain in the future if anything goes wrong.

I think this will go the route of the 911 Dispatcher, who was revealed by Maddie to be hanging up on people. She will lash out and still refuse to take accountability, but someone will rescue her, and she will have a moment of clarity and apologize to Hen and everyone. And they challenge her with "If you're really sorry, go back and fix everything you broke". And I bet the series finishes with her not only doing that, but going the extra mile and upgrading things at the Firehouse and Athenas Dept that need it
If so then I might know what she will do “an eye for an eye” a kid for a kid she’ll probably go after Hen’s kids to make her suffer like have someone kidnap them but I really hope that never happens

The preview for next week's episode makes me think that. Trying to get more revenge than ever, she ran down Hen's son... hoping to put her in the same as she went through.
I really hope Danny doesn't die in the next episode 🙏. If it is Ortiz, i hope both Hen and Karen press charges against her. Getting Revenge won't bring your loved ones back and will only lead towards bad decisions.

I'm not going to lie, I'm already fed up with this plot and I wish it was over. The only plots Hen and Karen have had for a few seasons are adoptions that go wrong. They're a great couple and interesting individual characters and they're getting lost with this kind of repetitive plot.
