Ah, Splatterhouse, one of my favorite games and at the same time it has one of my favorite video game protagonists, I played the trilogy A LOT, even to this day I pray/hope the game has another sequel, in this case Splatterhouse part 05, even if part 04 it wasn't one of the best in the series, I had a lot of fun and I thought it was a good game when it launched, and I enjoyed it having the old games as unlockable, even if some were a mediocre port, it is possibly the most violent game of 2010 in the Hack&Slash genre, or is among the list. Well, I'm feeling a little nostalgic here, I'll leave a trivia part with this symbol: * "It is mostly my opinion, not mandatory to read, but if someone reads this to the end, well I don't know what to say.... Congrats?". * Splatterhouse part 02&03 here "where I played" in Brazil was played a lot on the Mega Drive/Genesis, back them most people called the game: "Jason Voorhees/Friday the 13th game.... For some obscure reason, despite the fact that the title said Splatterhouse", which made me cry internally every time that I heard this, the fact that some people just confuse the Rick with Jason was shocking for me, I know Rick is not a saint, and he killed every monster on his path, while he was enjoying in doing this slaughter, but Jesus Christ, they are not the same person, this situation reminds me of the case of Miles "Tails" Prower that even to this day there are some who think he's a girl just because he followed Sonic around in the second game"I speak from personal experience, and I still know people who still make this silly mistake". Other than that Rick Taylor is someone very faithful and dedicated in my opinion, not many do what he did "although half of what he did was out of guilt / weight on conscience", he was even above average and defeated something way stronger than him. * Anyway, apart from this mini outburst, I know this game received future sequels, but IF I hadn't, Rick Taylor would probably be one of the most tragic characters in a 80s Arcade game. ....Well, If "you" read all of this comment, well have a good day/night and Take care.
I like the rest of the bosses' themes are "Run and do not turn back" while the final boss' is basically "The baddest of all these freaks is in front of your nose...beat his"
"Kratos is the biggest badass in videogames!"
Rick Taylor: "Hold my beer!"
If Jason Voorhees was played by Arnold Schwarzenegger
uno dei miei giochi preferiti. Tanto sbudellamento. Era il Resident Evil arcade dei tempi.
Dovresti provarlo.
E poi anche splatterhouse 2 e 3 esclusivi per mega drive.
@@bardellilongplays1512 li conosco ma il primo é quello che mi ha impressionato da piccolo...
@@Dariolino78retrogaming il gioco era arrivato anche in Italia?

worms in Splatterhouse 1: *as an boss*
worms in Splatterhouse 2: *as an enemy*
6:27 Hell Chaos?! You mean his name isn't Captain Mozarella?!
Was One of my favourite back then
this was the coolest game
3:23 I wish I went to church again since I'm not much of a Christian. Either way this game was legendary since I watch Mrgstar321 played this.
Pure nightmare fuel.
Well, Splatterhouse is a horror game, so...
4:10 Au! Verdammich!!
The only reason I prefer the Turbografx port of this game is cuz of the remixed boss theme for the Inverted Cross.
Deftivively the best of all Splatterhouse games. Better graphics, more challenge, etc..
Cool
o yesss
😈😈😈😈
I tried to beat it but I'm stuck at the boss fight I think it was the weird looking bubble monster boss
He might be the next Jason Voorhees
Rick is way more powerful that Jason. I feel like at least half of the demons in the first 3 games would rip Jason apart with ease.
Splatterhouse lore momentum 100
Biggy man = chainsaw devil
Yeah this game is cool but scariest game.
