Im sorry that I quit my Premium membership but I'm so much NOT INTERESTED in cycling or swimming (love doing both sports but don't give a sh** about anyones training and I'm annoyed by the hype) I know its sad that you lost one of your fastest subscribers 😉 but thats life 🤷♂️

did both of my full IronMan emty stomach and finished them in a fasted state. nutrition is completely overrated. but as stated before I'm fast as me
