I grew up idolizing this bike and drooling/staring at it. When my uncle got hit we were all sad bc it is such a legend. Glad my cousin put all this time and efforts in to see this legend living on. AMAZING!!!!!
You’ve done a lot of hard work and it shows. It’s a amazing work of art and I wash glad to help be apart of it. I can’t imagine how happy your dad has to be to see it now.
Unbelievable work you do bud. I'm sure, up close, it looks better than factory. If I were the owner of that RC30 I would put it in my Livingroom as a piece of art. Well done my friend!
@@mmotorcycles9497 I was wondering how did you get those decals as most decals can’t be found . I have an rc51 and I can’t find few decals which I need
@@enjamurivarunreddy rc30 are available aftermarket. I have looked for rc51 before also with no luck. How bad are they? A painter could probably touch up some with paint. I did that with a gsxr or you would probably have to have someone scan them and reproduce them
@@mmotorcycles9497 the one I have to restore are pretty bad but I have an other rc51 those decals are perfect. But the sad part is the one I want to restore has only 3400 miles but was left in the backyard for 10 years so decals bad
@mmotorcycles9497 I am from the UK and I owned an 89 vintage one back in the the mid 90's. It's still the best overall bike I have ever had, and I have owned many bikes in my 53 years, including modern litre bikes.
@@mmotorcycles9497 Thanks! I have owned the bike since 1999. I’ve just finished a complete rebuild/restoration. I’m still breaking it in. Honda have started remanufacturing parts for them but they demand extortionate prices. I live in Europe and there are many places after market, superb quality parts can be found for them. There are also Facebook groups where parts can be found for sale.
Very nice ! Just found your channel, I'm happy to support you and other motovloggers. Best of luck with your efforts, I look forward to seeing more from you. Keep up the gret work, take care and ride safe out there 💯💯👍👍
Magnificat paint work. I think anyone (except another trained painter) would be hard pressed to notice any subtleties in the paint color matching you have done, and an actual OEM bike. I watched your videos on the CBR 900rr and was quite impressed with your finished work. Do you mind if I ask you where did you source the decals/stripes from? Are the OEM or aftermarket? By the way I have a 93 Cbr900 Red, White, and blue just like the one you restored that just really needs a paint refresh only as the body panels is all intact and the tank has one pea sized ding in it. Are you a hobbyists or are you a shop that accepts bossiness from a first year CBR900rr lover and resides in the state of NJ.
@@mmotorcycles9497 It's well deserved as I appreciate the talent it takes to restore these generations of machines that I grew up with, to such a pure level that not only show cases your abilities, but respects and pays homage to the time when early cross beam racer, race replica sport bikes took the world by storm. Do you need another restoration project seeing that you just might have some extra paint mixed-up already and you surely don't want to see it go waste.... lol
Were all paint codes from Honda and you had it custom made or did you have to try to match the best as possible,,,The clear on that is it a "wet" look clear? or normal clear with a lot of buffer work?...that is a killer color combo great job
I matched all the paint doing sprayouts and tinting. It’s a high solid clear over the top only buffing nibs out. The clear under that is a speed clear I use between colors.
I love those colors. Honda really did a great job designing a timeless classic like this. You're doing an incredible service to all of us.

This is a bike I've lusted after for decades! On my gosh! Outstanding restoration.
Thank you. I had a chance to buy a new one for 10k back in 97 but I wen

So very nice.. We do wish we had an RC30.. little shy on cash.. LOL Great work
It’s a tough one. Do you get the special race models and only have a few or get the base models and are able to get so many more.
Awesome job!
Thank you Eric. Good Luke on the zx7 project
Wow this is one of the legendary motorbikes I've ever seen, it's really cool work....
definitely is. hope the shop is doing good.

One of the most beautiful bikes ever!

Nice work, do you paint the pin stripe on or use tape, Cheers.
The pinstripes were decals on this one.
Very, very Nice!!! Amazig paint work. What are the RAL paint codes for RC30?
The white is nh196 and the red is R134.
Not nearly enough green there for me but exquisite job M on a beautiful bike!
I hear ya but I’m kind of a green guy too.
WOW!! Such awesome work, love that pearl. You always do some amazing work..................... Good job!
Thank you
How can I get in touch?
Because my RC 30 is a track bike, I don't have to worry about every detail being original.
Just owning one is amazing. And using it for what it was built for I take my hat off for you. That’s cool
