If a band came out with this music today it would blow everyone’s mind because Iron Maiden were pioneers in metal and had a lot of making it what it is today. So if they hadn’t came out and barely came out now everyone’s heads would literally explode. Maybe that’s just the die hard Maiden head in me but that’s my opinion lol

You need to go see them live. Saw them two weeks ago in Philly, 3rd time I've seen them. After nearly 40 years of rocking, they still got it. To answer your question, they aren't well received, and never truly have been by radio stations. They get virtually no airplay, yet they still sell out shows worldwide. I doubt there are many bands out there that can make that claim. Up the Irons!! Keep on rocking, King

😊😃😎😎😎 I love, love, love your reaction to this song. I bought this on cassette tape, back in the dinosaur days of my youth, and proceeded to wear that tape out in two weeks time, on this song...
This music if it were coming out today would get a following, but never to the level they achieved in the day. Listen to Somewhere In Time from front to back all in one sitting brother, it will become your favorite Iron Maiden album... I sometimes put on the headphones and play this album to fall asleep to. I have pain 24/7/365 from the CIDP I have and the nerve and pain meds make it hard to reach a deep, REM, sleep. This album is so smooth, in a heavy metal way that it relaxes my brain and body...
    Anyway, I ❤❤❤ this reaction...
