Hi. I watched your video on you pregnancy update and what supplements you take. You mentioned that you don't know why your children all have tongue ties...I recently read an article on Dr. Steven Lin's blog (he wrote the book the dental diet) and he says there is definitely a genetic component and that it can take a couple generations of improved nutrition for the problem to correct...so I don't know...but I thought you might want to hear that. I think you are doing the best you can and maybe the gene is just really strong.
That makes a lot of sense, thanks for sharing! I had been wondering if that's what it was, time needed through more generations to correct the affects of poor nutrition.

Thanks for asking! Unfortunately I don't have time to make enough shampoo bars to keep up with order demands right now. I wish I did, but there just aren't enough hours in the day. She makes very similarly to how I do, and they are very nice :)
hi Marisa, I just started using your shampoo bars and doing the vinegar rinse. I'm liking it so far but I'm having an issue with my hair being really static. any tips?
I'm a little confused. Do I shampoo my hair first then do the vinegar wash or vice versa. Do I rinse the vinegar wash out or let it stay in my hair? Thanks

The tallow isn’t fat or grease anymore. Once the lye is added and saponification occurs, it’s change via a chemical reaction.

I shampoo my hair, rinse it out, do the vinegar rinse, and then rinse out the vinegar rinse :)
