Great video, thanks for making it as I was curious about the plate fitting on the M23 as well. I was planning for a plate in the laptop area and then I have the goruck brick bag if I wanted to add extra in the main compartment (I figure a brick bag would fit more snug than loose change plates in the main area where you probably want a towel to stop them from making noise. So kudos on the video, will be planning for the M23 to be a great travel bag, edc, and also for rucking.
Laptop compartment works well since it sits high on the back the same way the Rucker 4.0 does. I’m not sure how weights will feel in the main compartment.
Hello Myogi Mouse, I believe the long plates are better as they'd be placed in the laptop compartment. When I rucked in a GR1 (non rucker) it worked well with a long plate in the laptop sleeve.
This is the review I needed. Thanks!
Helpful thanks

What size weight plate fits in the M23, are long plates better than short plates for it?
