Great video. One thing to add. You can remove panel, without removing the mirror cap/tweeter speaker.

Mine is making a raspy noise when I play the music loud. Does that mean I need to change it also?

@@mohammadalam7245Yup, that raspy noise is the speaker baffle vibrating where it shouldn't be vibrating.
If you enjoy playing your music really loud then it may be worth upgrading your front door speakers to the Harman Kardon speakers that BMW fitted to the cars with the Premium Audio Option, or looking for something from another reputable brand-name speaker manufacturer that makes 4" 40W/200W mid-range speakers, because these speakers sadly don't seem to be very durable long-term.
If you do this then obviously you *must* change both sides to the same make and model of speakers.

Thanks for making a fantastic video that shows the locations of all the clips (I just subscribed for exactly this reason), and also for including the "Technical Difficulties" that you encountered with your 1/4" drive ratchet, because I've been having this exact problem with my 1/4" ratchet too...
Sadly these smaller ratchets don't take a lot of force to damage the mechanism unless you pay an awful lot of money for them, and even then there's no guarantee they'll last any longer, so these days I just buy the cheaper ones and treat them as disposable, ie expect to replace them every 6-12 months depending on how much/how often/how hard you use them.

PRV sells a 4 inch midrange speaker that you can purchase to replace your factory blown speaker. Or you can upgrade all of the speakers with Alpha One or Bavsound which are plug and play. I recommend the PRV replacement, not plug and play but same size speaker so still easy to install.
