It's pretty funny seeing Coney superman-punch his closet in an older clip right before going back to the current facecam footage and seeing that hole still in the door.
Nrs fans be like"stop grabbing me and fight it's a fighting game not a grabbing game!" All while they are full screen shooting projectiles playing call of duty.
I've never once heard anyone complain about grabbing in NRS

I see it so much not only in mk11 but mk1 also but thaats what happens when ppl who don't wanna get better at a game. They want it to be easier. It be different if it was lik sf2 where theirs no whiff animation so either the get the grab or nothing happens and its -0 or sum bs

The actual context behind the "Who bitch this is?" clip is the chick was mad because he kept popping off and getting super rowdy when he won. I can't remember if it was late after noon on a 1 day tourney or day 2 of a major or something, but he'd been doing it long enough that it pissed off her and some friends. So, she and said of her friends tried to get him DQ'd by having her grab him and baiting him into hitting her or, failing that, claiming he assaulted her. Which is why those dudes were going after him even though she was the one grabbing him, they were in on it. It didn't work though.

@@CapoElChivo I'm not saying it was Shinblade's fault or that he was in the wrong in any way. He has every right to pop off and be rowdy when he wins, that's just expected in the FGC. I was explaining that his pop offs were the reason she was all in her feelings and tried to get him DQ'd. She was just being pissy cause she didn't like him getting hype, all blame is on her shoulders for being overly sensitive about people getting excited.
Still remember that "Sit yo ass down BOI!" after going to get a chair.

I used to play the most toxic wifi Deathstroke in the first Injustice. It was just sword spins and guns. Almost every kid with a mic cursed me out and left. Lol

NRS games were wild with the mic Midgame. You would either get, a kid, a salt lord, the guy who blasts music through the mic and teabags or a combination of all three. I miss the midgame mics
As a tekken player, the infinite azure sound track at the start of the video activated my fight or flight response.
Coney is the first person I’ve seen to have any sense of knowledge in other FGC/non-platformer game and I’m here for it

The thing in the ESAM set was that Esam f'd up his recovery on an earlier set and SD'd. Dabuz did earn the win and Esam was respectful but he couldn't hold his frustration in forever, lol, I don't blame him :'D

The funniest thing about the Woshige clip to me is that, if he didn't hit a button and got CH i think it would not have done nearly as much but I could be very wrong. He'd still be in a bad wakeup position but you know, more HP is more hp
The worst part is that this will forever be Woshiges legacy as a player to a majority of people. But woshige is fr fr THE MILLIA GOD, watching woshige play millia is insane, and hes legitimately an FGC god player, but people will only ever remember him for his early pop off.

I know this is a really bare minimum accomplishment but I really want to express how nice it is that the more recent video has less actual physical altercations than the old video.
To be fair, the Injustice 2 zoning issue was patched and adapted. You watch the last major tournaments for that game and nobody's playing deadshot. The game favored rushdown mixup characters like batman, catwoman, and supergirl just like MKX by the end of it's lifecycle.

There needs to be a security guard standing in between the players. You don't see MMA fighters doing this crazy shiznoz after winning a match cause then the ref would just body slam them. Hell, they shake hands and hug most of the time. Just noticed at 7:36. Can't blame them for having a guard.

The fact that these types of moments will become increasingly rare to non-existent really sucks. The best part of fighting tournaments is to see legendary pop offs and rivalries.
That's the unfortunate trade off for more money coming in for prizes and whatnot. You gotta be on good behavior so the sponsors keep paying.
The FGC is so funny, dude. I miss when Smash was like this. Nowadays, Smash is full of extreme introverts that call the police when someone shakes their hand a little too aggressively.
