I suggest the use of a paint brush for moving or poking any size of T, it’s nice and gentle!
Something I just observed with my curly hair is that they don't like wind. Blowing gently in their direction will get them moving towards less windy areas.
If your slings pass I know it sucks but it’s very common. It’s why spiders have so many babies. I have one sling that molted and now has DKS and will probably die due to it. It sucks
*raises hand* Hello, I know nothing about spiders, what is DKS? (if you're willing to answer, of course.)
@@ccheart8574 hi! It’s an syndrome of unknown cause that causes the inability to eat, inability to control movement so the spider because very jerky and erratic. Most spiders end up dying. Very rarely do the spider molt and live through it.

😂 friendly local dumb ass had me rolling, you know a lot more then me I only have kept jumping spiders, but I do love the The dwarf species , t saladonia and so on ,
I find jumping spiders so nerve-wracking due to their small size, but they are absolutely lovely to have around (I had a friendly mama hatch a sac in my kitchen this past spring and there were babies absolutely everywhere for a couple months)
I got a few Ts from fear not! I also suggest Eresus
Tarantula are cool, but I've heard they can live a long time, 80 years in some cases. That's a long commitment
Not quite that long, but females can live a while. They're fairly low maintenance, though

Just a thought for the water dish, would a basic Thimble work?
It's not a bad idea, but they need to be shallow and a thimble would also take up most of the floor space of that enclosure 😅
