Thanks! I have recently started sending out bi monthly letters that are hand addressed to previous customers along with my previous piano tuning customer(winter side gig). The letter does a brief update of the family but adds value and discusses roofing for a bit. Oh on install notice letters, I put in a small qr code that links to a youtube video that I take the day before install day of me checking over materials on the house on their street. Then on youtube, I can see how many people have watched that video.
I just implemented qr codes on direct mail that takes people to a welcome message of myself in manychat. I think the qr code is going to be a good idea
Jeff - I'd love to hear how this works out for you. Keep me posted! The only risk you run to TH-cam is that people will get distracted. Can you host the video on a squeeze page/landing page so the viewer has no other choice but to click or call?

Check the 'Do Not Call' lists. Cold calling numbers on those lists will earn you a fine & a scumbag reputation.
