I've been trying to follow the steps, but my app doesn't work after install the new apk with the ads. I hope someone can help me . I can't solve this problem :'(
First, I realize it's not true hungarian notation, it's just a prefix for identifying fields. But in kotlin you have properties, not pure fields. Anyway, what's the point? Also, when working interop. with java the synthesized getVariable/setVariable becomes getMvariable/setMvariable. More thoughts/opinions here jakewharton.com/just-say-no-to-hungarian-notation/
Coincidentally enough, we're planning to remove Hungarian notation from our samples over the next few months, so you'll be seeing less and less of it in the series.
We actually have two of them (episodes #8 and #14), though neither is in Kotlin. Hopefully we can devote more time to Kotlin implementations once adoption ramps up.
can somneone please help , my app doesn't want to open after i implemnted the ads , i dont know what to do :(
Do you have any solution for single dex problem...? After implementing admob sdk. Minisdk target is 16
an important question please, how can we manage the number of seconds to put for every reward in Admob ads rewards?
2:30 Say, is it really safe and ok to put the Admob key right in the code?
The open source sample for Kotlin results on error code: 3, why is that happening?

Why are you using the hungarian notation (m-prefix) for the properties? Please stop using it!
soundiscomforting why shouldn't we use it?

Hey, it’s a super video, thanks for that! Maybe you consider to make a video about reward video adds too.

Where can I learn Kotlin for free...
Muhammad Iqbal Dar On kotl.in
I used these tutorials to get started: try.kotlinlang.org. They're maintained by the folks who created the language.
Thanks
Andrew Brogdon There's also the try.kotl.in shortcut 😉
