Hi Simon, thank you! Not that I know of... but I'm probably the wrong person to ask since I don't learn these by sheet music. I would say start with looking up sheet music published in the 30's and 40's when this music was popular. The transcriptions I have come across from that those times have always been pretty good, at least in a basic guideline kind of way.
