Mawlid is considered an act of worship that draws someone closer to Allah by the ones that do it, the sahaba or Rasolullah sallalahu alahi wa salam never celebrated mawlid, innovating an act of worship that wasnt done by the sahaba or Rasolullah sallalahu alahi wa salam is a bidah, therefore celebrating mawlid is a bidah.
The evilest matters in religion are those that are newly invented, for every newly invented matter is an innovation, every innovation is misguidance, and every misguidance is in the Hellfire.”

The most important celebration is following the sunnah no doubt. However that IS NOT A PROOF against the mawlid.
The best way to celebrate the birth of the Prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam is to fast on a Monday.
If we were to spend the 12th of Rabi al Awwal in remembering the death, we would be sad all the time and resemble shia people.
Whoever says "You must do the mawlid" is doing a bid'a.

Given the current state of the world, where our brothers and sisters are oppressed, our disunity and inaction only contribute to their suffering. Madkhalis can't stop lying. Shamsi ran away and then refused to have a real debate afterwards.
If Shamsi ever had a real debate or discussion with someone then his ignorance and misguidance would be shown, that's why he does not do it.
