12:52 the water is light blue for fee km because of its coral reef usually this area will not be very deep,but Where dark blue water starts that's usually deeper water. In India we don't have coral reef sea, it's only in Lakshadweep and Andamans, nicobar has coral reef. Many of international destinations has coral reef places like Maldives, Mauritius, Indonesia are famous for coral reef sea this is as per my knowledge, may be there's a additional info, scientifically.Also these places have white sand even that effects I guess.
