China doesn't take lightly to stuff that gives people the thrills of shooting something... Even if they did make it, it would get banned in China because it would incite 'rebellious thoughts'. But CCP overlooks these things as toys, until someone points it out to them. For instance someone in china weaponize them for use in protests (China hates demonstrations of any kinds).
