    In today's video we had a mis hap with another manufactures suspension part. Installed full BMR rear suspension set up and getting ready for 1/4 drag racing. Mainly want to show the new camber arm install and issues I had with other parts. Rear cradle had to be dropped to add billet diff inserts and upgraded bolts.
    BMR parts:
    UCA762 Camber Links, Adjustable, Poly/rod Ends, Billet Aluminum
    SP086 front and rear drag springs

    TR005 Toe Rods, Rear, On-Car Adjustable, Rod Ends
    TCA045 Vertical Link, Spherical
    BK054 Differential Bushing Lockout Kit, Billet Aluminum
    RH017 Differential Hardware Upgrade Kit, Aftermarket Insert Kits
    CB005 Cradle Bushing Lockout Kit, Level 2
    Steeda Parts:
    555 4438 Steeda S550 Mustang IRS Subframe Alignment Kit (works with BMR CB005)

    I know this is old AF but -2 degrees camber isn’t gonna do much to your tire. Sure it’s gonna wear a little more than factory spec but nothing substantial. Toe is a figure that really needs the attention.

    If someone have supercharger 5.0 with over 700 whp and he will do only roll recing, Is it important to upgrade Half-Shaft?

    • @YLegalRacing
      @YLegalRacing  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      up to you, if your making 700whp the half shaft upgrade is cheap

    Those are good numbers that I should be looking at for the alignment ?

      Also did you grease the control arm ?

    • @YLegalRacing
      @YLegalRacing  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes I did, forgot to put that in the video. And yes, numbers should be similar

    Another question for you bro bro I’m sure you seen my comment about installing the BMR adjustable camber arms
    Driver side I couldn’t torque it I tightened it by hand as tight as I could passenger side I torqued it to spec and the side I torqued moved now it’s negative camber again how tight would you say I should tightened the passenger side?

    • @YLegalRacing
      @YLegalRacing  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You have to use the right tools to get a good grip on it bro you don't want it to come loose while driving

    • @DJKhaoticGaming
      @DJKhaoticGaming 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@YLegalRacing I have a torque wrench and also wrenches to hold the other side aswell I’m wondering when I go in there to re tighten it right now how tight should I torque it to?

    • @YLegalRacing
      @YLegalRacing  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Go to bmrs website, they should have an install pdf with the torque specs

      @@YLegalRacing yeah that’s what I did the first time it said 86ft lbs for the bolt further back and it moved and I hear noise when driving

      I had the BMR toe links make noise when driving

    Just curious why did you choose bmr over steeda?

    • @YLegalRacing
      @YLegalRacing  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      That's just what I ended up going with, they were good and took care of me. I'd probably go steeda if I were to do it again

      @@YLegalRacing I have UPR Vertical links, and spherical bearings, everything else is Steeda. BMR makes good stuff. But I like steeda because they work with Ford engineers.

      Yeah most definitely, as long as you don't have a Frankenstein set up and stick with one brand for the most part you should be good.
