The way D-low responds to B-art is not making fun of him, but rather a counter with his own beat. After all it's a skill battle and in many aspects very similar to rap freestyle battles. They try to jab at the each other's routines, showing they can do the same thing or sometimes (like here with D-Low) even better. It's all in good sport, but in the end it's a competition so you have to show that you're the more skilled beatboxer. From a technical point the battle was very good and it was a pleasure to witness, same thing with the 1/4 FINAL: D-low vs COLAPS. B-art has his own style, just like with every art form, some people may really like it, some may not, but you have to give man credit where it's due, because his technical side is very complicated as well. So true. Behind closed doors, all these guys are good friends. They travel around the world together to share their talent so it’s easy for them to get along. They also know that they make each other better. It’s only a matter of time til you notice it. They do get competitive on stage but like what |ALX| said, “it’s all in good sport.”

It's annoying me how he missed that part when dlow played with bart hat 😂😂 but man bart wasn't even close to dlow level on this battle... When u think about it even if mb14 passed he would've make it a stronger battle

B-Art is more of a technical beatboxer where what he does is more difficult. D-low on the other hand is more musicality driven. But I agree D-low was the better boxer this battle. Don’t be discouraged to check out more B-Art tho he is very talented

I think you're totally missing the point here. Your analogy with rap music doesn't correlate. This is a beatbox BATTLE. They don't play rap battles on the radio, but its a subcategory of the culture that exists, even if it doesn't reach the masses.
I'm also guessing that you aren't fond of electronic dance music or many of its subgenres. Many modern beatboxers are influenced by EDM, B-Art using drum n bass for his.
I get this is a reaction channel and you're stating your opinion, but you do it in a way that is off putting, condescending and borderline ignorant for someone just peaking into the scene.

Beatbox is an underground culture. They aren’t always worried about appealing to the mainstream. And it’s a beatbox battle so it’s not only about how it sounds but beatbox complexity and technicality.

The talking part of b art in thr 2nd round may sound easy, but he is using pure bass vocal and talking that fast at the same time, its pretty hard hahaha but anyways nice reaction once again Ellis
I feel like with b-art you missed the point of a what a battle is. There are different approaches, some have a more musical style others prefer to be more technical. This isn't suppose to be concert to please your ears as much as possible. Showing off your skills is a huge part, it doesn't have to be all musical. The loopstation battles are more directed towards musicality.
Obviously you can dislike how it sounds like, but bashing his performance because he did really fast beats doesn't really make sense. D-Low also won for me, but I don't think B-Art deserves that kind of critique.

Don't worry about not liking someone's performance it's all good. I'm a huge fan of B-art's style and I didn't like his performance here either. Thing is there's a ton of different factors in a beatbox battle besides the performance itself. You have to take into account who you're up against, how many routines you have left, which ones are your best, which ones should you save for later, etc. In other words unlike a concert there's an element of strategy behind bbx battles.
That's why sometimes you see top beatboxers losing early on, cause they either underestimate their opponents and use their worst routines or overestimate them and use their best too early and run out of material for later rounds. Check out B-art vs MB14 in this same tournament to see B-art at his best.

The reason why u don't like B-Art is that you are too used to musicality because B-Art is Technical beatboxer he makes more complicated sounds that are really hard to learn
B-art is very battle focused, messed up in this battle, I get it tbh
I hope this is kind of a joke video because otherwise this video is very unmature. Just because you don't like a certain style doesn't mean it is actually bad. B-art is one ofg the best beatboxers out there (hence why he's always in those big battles and vice champion) and his second routine is insanely strong battle wise and also complicated. I find it quite inmature that you don't appreciate other people's style and neglect the fact that what he is doing is actually really hard especially for someone who has a lot of music knoledge.
B - Art isn’t really for everyone. He has a style that’s very difficult to newcomers to enjoy compared to someone like codfish who anyone can listen to. As a beatboxer myself, I can respect the complexity of b - art’s beats even if it doesn’t sound as pleasing as other beatboxers.
Agreed. Having following the scene for almost 2 decades now, I absolutely appreciate B-art and his sound. But he's ALWAYS come off as sloppy to me. He definitely has his moments tho.
