It’s a foolish move by Russia, purely because South Korea has a powerful military & massive industrial capacity. While, primarily to keep US happy, sth Korea has provided some support they have not been that interested in Ukrainian situation. Russia cosying up to the north will REALLY get their attention.

So even if SK has not given DIRECT support to Ukraine, it is doing so, indirectly.
S. Korea has no capabilities to support war in other countries, SK is still in poverty level compared to European countries

Not even slightly. North Korea has been a PR problem for china for decades, North korea's continued existance is very important to chinese national security but China cannot be publicly seen providing military aid to the Kim regime.
Xi would be more than happy to hand off the military side of the relationship to Russia while still doing civilian business with North Korea.

I'm sure NK has a huge stockpile of ammunition it would gladly sell off. Problem is that a great deal of it probably dates all the way back to the Korean War (or immediately afterwards), and I have no doubt that it'll be this old stuff that NK sells FIRST.
Even if the quality was high and the storage absolutely immaculate, munitions have a definite 'use by' date. I wouldn't want to be anywhere near the soldiers who try to use this stuff. Or even simply move it, comes to that.

Both are upset for different reasons. USA is upset about North Korea and Russia teaming up to undermine regional and global security. China is upset because pariah regimes it calls allies are drawing a lot of unwanted attention to China by the US and EU, its largest trading partners. China wants to have its cake and eat it too. Pariah regimes as allies, and smooth economic relations with the West. It will not be able to have both.

No, Xi is not jealous. In the China business scale of things, North Korea, and even Russia are very minor elements to consider. Business wise, North Korea is insignificant; Chinese is more business orientated than anything else. Putin is a piece waiting to crash, and will not take long. China may play them both at China convenience when China thinks to push the West a little out of balance and out of their comfort zone. But China knows well its interests does not include open conflicts, military special operations or war. Not at all. There are a lot of misunderstandings and mischaracterization by Western commentators on China issues.
Jealous is perhaps not the best word for it. NK and Russia are both useful tools for China. Much like dogs on a leash. China would like to keep those dogs separate because that would give them the most control. Both NK and Russia are probably well aware of this and their cooperation is probably as much a move on China as it is a move on the West.
