in reality. britannia's huns actually has the dawn of the jet age with the de havilland meteor. unlike the ME-262 "ẞchalbe" the Meteor was a British design which has two jet engines like the ME-262. The Meteor sadly didn't see combat

Well... The first Jet-powered plane was the Heinkel He 178 and the first Jet-powered Fighter was the ME-262
Yes, the Heinkel was the first private plane powered by a jet engine in 1939. The ME-262 did come into service for another 6 years.
