I literally just had chilaquiles for breakfast a few minutes ago. I'm Hispanic, most of my family is Mexican, and the way we make chilaquiles is we cut up pieces of corn tortillas, fry them in oil, add Lawry's season salt and pepper, crack the eggs in the pan after the tortillas fried a bit, mix it, add cheese and salsa. 😋
My husband, daughter and I just moved to AZ from Ohio in April this year and always looking for places to eat! This video was great! Y’all’s videos have brought joy to my life since quarantine and I CANNOT wait to watch you on television!

Hey guys btw you guys are my favorite ! Those are Chilaquiles (pronounced chee-lah-key-less) are a traditional Mexican breakfast made with tortilla chips simmered in sauce. Typically, they're made with green salsa (in Spanish, salsa verde, which yields chilaquiles verdes) or red enchilada sauce (chilaquiles rojos) , I add egg ,cheese & lettuce 😍 sooo bomb ! 😉
