20 mins walk to high street from Watford station on Zone 7 & Watford high Street on Zone 8. Underground or overground 40 mins to Euston. Watford junction station on special fare higher than Zone 9. Fast Train 20 mins to London Euston. Brand new on Cinema part of building. Watford high street station area many brand new flats.

Watford 屬於 Hertfordshire, 校網好，但一定要避 stevenage.
Hertfordshire 樓價拍得住 Surrey ，Harpenden and St Albans 是貴中之貴 (I mean house)
Watford 分 North and South, 靚D的屋樓至少500~600 萬港元,
Harpenden 至少700萬。

Appreciate your efforts in making a video about Watford. Watford is a fairly sizable market town/transport hub in Hertfordshire (NOT London). There are many pockets of areas with lovely houses. Eg near Cassiobury Park, Bushey, Rickmansworth. I must say, not many nice and affordable houses are on the market. The secondary schools in the SW Herts Consortia is a big draw to families. The Grove hotel is in Watford too (very posh, next to the lovely Whippendell Wood, on the other side of Cassiobury park). Transportation-wise, there are many trains takes only 16-20 min to go to Euston in the morning and evening from the Junction. Unfortunately, the town centre is for the football fans and chav, especially the Watford FC is back in the Premier League now. They drink in town after matches and leave the ground dirty.

One House close to cemetery 👀. Messy houses might be occupied by renters. Probably sabotaging the seller or owner who’s trying to put the property on the market or rental market. Right now availability and supply may be low and hence the nerve to show such bad pictures. My favorite places are still south of the Thames.
Love looking at architecture anywhere, good bad and ugly. Very helpful information. Enjoying your vlogs. They are drama free 😀❤️
