I need at least a $100 worth of Cobra Troopers and a Cobra Commander... 😃💡👍 I agree that the Super 7 Stalker still looks better but I will get this retro since I never got the first classified version because of how dark the attire was...

I only collect figures from 82'-87' (animated movie). That said, I did order Alpine even though he didn't have a backpack. I'm not sure if I'll order CC, because I like the the first one I have as his uniform matches the troopers. Dialtone, Footloose, and the Stinger are a must and will pass on the rest.
I ordered two of SS V2 for myself, one to strip all that extra stuff and paint the shins white and one to leave classified. I love retro stalker. Alpine is awesome but his head sculpt is way off. New trooper looks like the best one yet and I can't wait to get a stinger. Footloose and dialtone are going to be awesome. I'll pass on saw viper, that's after my time with joes, I can't believe we haven't gotten a night viper yet.

I don't think Hasbro ever made an Iron Grenadier B.A.T figure, but The Black Major made KOs in that colour scheme with the I.G symbol on the chest. I bought a few, and a whole swarm of regular B.A.Ts so I could have a horde of them attack my Joes. Genuine vintage B.A.Ts are too expensive to buy lots of. I just have two. Complete C.9 quality figures cost about $30-35 back then in 2016, and will surely be much more now that the prices of ARAH have increased.
I like the newer version better for stalker, but if I see him I might get him anyways. The saw viper and the marauders will end up at ollies so I might wait.
why isnt there any continuity between packaging and art in the classified series? it looks so unprofessional but also looks like they are just throwing things against the wall to see what sticks. its all over the place!
Well we saw bazooka 2 years ago so it'd be nice if we would get Alpine out back then that's the only thing that irritates me about this line is all the buddies they don't put out at the same time that were on the cartoon so let's just hope they put leatherneck in wetsuit out together
The SAW Viper came out just after I left the O ring line, so I have no connection to the character. However, I do like the overall look, but that helmet needs to be scaled down a bit. I can see a lot of jokes being made at his expense.

If they release a proper CC boxed I'd get him, or a proper SS or a proper IG or a proper Alpine with a better face and load out. They take way too many liberties to "classify" things up that it's just making them look more and more terrible, especially when you get semi proper redecos even without proper load outs if you wait for card backs. I want 6 inch Joe, not a product competing against another company that isn't Joe. Hasbro is falling into the huge mistake it did at the start of Classified and the movie line. It's going to reach a point where this isn't JOE enough, stop taking liberties with the product.
I think that is what the retro line is for to make more ARAH looking figures but still offer the "classify" things up for those who like it. I still think you can take stuff off SS and make him more retro but again why I prefer Super 7 ultimates they give me what I want upfront

Calling it now, Footloose will be a complete repaint of Recondo with a new overlay, helmet and head sculpt. All weapons and gear will be reuse.

That figure was when I stopped buying 2 of each and only 1 but really wanted to pass on him because of the head sculpt and muted colors

At the pulse sale the Boba Fett's throne room(really for Jabba) is a steal for 35% off its a great diorama
