Look at this EA, THIS is what I'm willing to pay pre-order for! It's just a mod and the guys made it in their free time but just look at how polished everything is! If you listen to their devlog you'll know that not only did they make a new faction with custom models, textures, voice acting and fucking MUSIC, they're re-doing the vanile units too, textures and models, to give them a more modern look and feel. And on top of that they fixed the bugs that EA left behind to torment us. It's basically a new game! What they've done, imo, has rightfully earned themselves more credibility than a lot of the other $59.99 franchises. After this mod is released, if these devs ever feel like getting together for their OWN game, I'm buying it! I'll fucking buy a copy for each of my buddies!
actually, EA cannot update their game anymore because EA don't know how, they just buy this game from Westwood and Westwood went bankrupt at that time so technically there's nothing EA can do EA made a huge mistake of bribing Westwood in the first place

Fantastic music and it shatters expectations while instilling great hype, pride and produces all the feelings of a glowing nation, perfectly encapsulating the theme behind the proud celestial empire. Firstly is that it's a modern take compared to what Command and Conquer usually have as soundtracks which is more on the industrofunk and rock metal themes so to have a more symphonic, elegant and beautiful track to contrast with the more militaristic, and dark metal tones of the every other faction. Particularly against the Japanese who had a tyrannic empire, the Celestial Empire's tracks feel much more soothing, at peace and benevolent, which instills the idea that while the Celestial Empire is powerful, they are not corrupt or evil like the other nations. The second is that the track is much more traditional which quite frankly puts the Japanese empire to shame since it feels much more connected and understands it's identity without losing it's sight of what is ahead of the road; so while every other nation tries to only care about small things like childish rivalries, the Celestial Empire only cares about it's people and how to make it better for them. There's so much going on with the track that it's hard to explain the feelings and emotions it gives.

This song is so complimentary to game play. I used the shield to stop a Soviet satellite from destroying my defenses and to hear this song blare as the attack is thwarted is really intense

Red Alert is really fun, if you don't mind the slightly outdated look. The missions aren't half bad either, I would encourage you to try playing some of the Red Alert 3 missions (not the Uprising missions, those are too hard for beginners)
Could you imagine how it would be if anyone make a mod about africa and another to latin america,then all mod developers (incluiding corona) work with EA to make a final game called C&C: Global Alert?
Corona empire about to lose the war, travels back in time and accidentally created high-tech and extremely stereotyped version of every nation possible. Global conflict ensured. Also GLA and Yuri is there for some reasons.
