Hi Karen, sorry for the late reply. I have English subtitles and recipe in English too. Personally i prefer recipe 2 & 3. but if want to have a longer storage time, i will prefer recipe 2.

我还没试过。不过我有朋友试过冷藏后才包馅(因她那天没时间包馅),结果冰皮很黏手。所以还是不建议。
