    Truly helpful content, Jono, Thanks. Want to know if is it necessary to have mentors on board while building a community. If, yes, what should be the parameters to consider in selecting the mentors.

      I recommend while building a community that you focus on your active users and harness their guidance. This isn’t really mentors, but when your community starts to resonate with people and generate activity, build a relationship with them and ask them what kind of value they would like to see…and their ideas for best things you could do in the community.
