I really love that "first follower" video. It's been a few years since I've seen it, but what a great reminder about welcoming and including the first people who join in. How can you restart a developer community for an open source project that once was thriving but now is more or less dead, the people that are on the slack channel don't seem to check the slack channel at all anymore
