MAKE HOMEMADE APRICOT COBBLER...YUMMY!!!!!

  • Wow was this ever delicious!!!! This is a very simple recipe - uses Butter, Self Rising Flour, Milk and Sugar, a touch of vanilla and the fruit. Just bake for approx 30 - 35 mins at 375 Degrees. Give this one a try. You can use canned fruit, fresh fruit or frozen fruit. Its middle of January here, and we are enjoying a delicious cobbler from our trees last May!! So fun. Here is the recipe.     Apricot Cobbler
    4 cups apricots, pitted and cut in half
    1/2 cup of butter
    1 1/2 cup Self Rising Flour
    1 1/2 cup Sugar
    1 1/2 cup milk or Buttermilk
    vanilla to taste.
    Melt butter in pan, add flour/Sug/Milk mixture to butter, and then add fruit. Bake 375 degrees for approx 30 min. Enjoy!!!
