    Great lessons using practice this concept triads in simple blues 1-3-5 : A,A7,D, D7,E ,E7 back to A.To seeing and hearing witch notes changes.love triads lessons..

    The Sony Alphas give a great look and feel to your videos! The concept of changing one note in a Triad to build a new chord flavour is really interesting, and there are twelve positions on the neck where each flavour can be realised, too! Thank you!

    Super stuff - really enjoyed that. In the first section when you start moving the root around why can you still call it a “G” chord? At one point you’ve got the b7, 5th and 3rd but no root? New Les Paul looks great btw.

      Because your bass player is still playing the root. And even if not, the ear fills in the blanks and hears the root because the context you’re using it in
