The level of poetry on Tom's side is off the charts! Indeed, there is only one human behind every human, Mr. Happy Driftwood.

WARHAMMER FOR THE WIN!!! There's definitely a few of us in the climbing community!

Interesting how excited he is about indoor climbing. I sometimes feels there’s almost a stigma against that, and indoor climbing is just for training. But I personally love it just as much as outdoor climbing! Different experiences but equally fun.

This was a great discussion, thanks for sharing! I’m impressed with Louis dedication to helping improve the diversity in climbing and continuing to build awareness even though some people have been negative about it.

Good to hear someone talking about the education for climbing outside. The disrespect of southern sandstone from all the indoor climbers causing the temporary to permanent closure of some areas, purely because they didn't bother to research how to treat the rock whilst climbing in lockdown.

Juggling is also ace for the repeated mini failure training. Drop, pick up, drop, pick up, drop, pick up, and infinitum. Plus you get eventually get awesome at juggling.

You didn’t get whipped into playing rugby Louis?
That set me back years. School fucking sports.
I’d be climbing 9a by now* if it wasn’t for being made to hate sport as a lanky child!
    *probably not.

Hah! Microfailures....Super Meat Boy. You die CONSTANTLY, but you’re back in the action instantly to try again. You get better and better and eventually beat the level. That game is faaaaaantastic, and its because of that instant right-back-in-it action to try again. And learning and overcoming.😜 This is a real thing!

Have you considered juggling for a task teaching micro failure? Great skill which you can continually make harder
