Love the yard lights. Thanks for explaining your method. I rushed my install and I have lights drooping, twisting, titling, etc. You’ve inspire me to fix mine… someday. -Mark
Nicely done, just received my yard lights in the mail and working up an installation plan. Looking forward to seeing how your yard light project goes👍👍😁😁OperateOnOperator
Wow Rainer... it's looking great... amazing how the lights add so much interest to the scene and the static grass in front of the fence looks awesome... nice work eh?
Another nice video, Ranier, and very impressive result! It would be helpful for those of us without local hobby shops (limited to internet ordering) if, like Boomer, you clearly show the product you are using (or list it below in the comments). Example: your spray window tint. Keep up the great progress on your layout!
I would appreciate a detailed video on wiring led lights. Exact specs for power (volts and amps) plus resister specs. A couple years ago I bought some Just-Plug lights but these are too expensive.
Great video! Love the backdrop bldgs. What spray did you use to tint the windows? Noticed others have asked as well, definitely would like a detailed video on your led lighting solution! Thanks!

Hoping to get a video up soon about how I ended up doing the wiring - it's nothing complicated.
7:40 Thank you. Great idea. Beautiful layout Fren.
Thanks for watching!
Rainer looks great, your half trees excellent, I can use them on my background buildings
They worked out ok!

It’s working out ok! Lights really add a lot.
The old glass case problem. I have one for loco storage, but I sure seem to do a lot of work around it. Keeps me flexible. Nice work on the lights.

@@keithludowitz9637 the spray tint was a leftover can from my son tinting the marker lights on his car.
@@achb-railway Thanks, Reiner. I guess a very thin acrylic wash would be equilivent. I very much appreciat your layout and videos.
@@keithludowitz9637 That would probably work. Maybe a quick shot of Dullcote would work to make it opaque.

I will post what I do - LEDs have more flexibility than most people think. I'll try to get a video together in the next few days.
Thank you.

Just some tint left over from my son tinting the side marker lights on his car (that blackout tint spray).
Looking great!
Is that Spock in the case under the layout?
I'd say yes :) Lego?
Yes. One of my kids gave it to me years ago.
Show me the light, oh crap is that a GP-40 headlight coming at me????
SD-40 with the headlights on (Kato). GP-9 beside it (Proto 2000). And the camera car was being pushed/pulled by another SD-40.
