I remember when Gulp first came out it was the most durable stuff around! Could catch multiple fish on one bait and still use it for another day! They definitely changed the durability of the material because I myself noticed the difference. Iv'e fished many times with guys who use the grubs and nemisis only to get the tail bitten off by a sea bass or sea robin. Iv'e actually gone through packs of gulp without even catching a single fish, just using it causes it to tear up. It's a ripoff and I hope someone comes up with a new, more efficient product soon. Those guys over there with Berkley are greedy! I work at bass pro and the amount of customers that come in frustrated that they have to buy 10 packs of gulp for one day of fishing is absurd. I hate buying it, and only use it if the bite is extremely slow. Awesome video as always.

@Crypto Krankit wow, if that is the case then it is really disconcerting. The less plastic in the ocean the better and the more biodegradable the lures the better. I see tons of plastic garbage and damaged lures just thrown around all over the place out there. I think most people have good ethic and take their garbage to a waste basket. That being said, there will always be some spoilers out there who take the long hair don't care attitude and just throw their plastic junk wherever they stand. This is especially true for gulp: tail gets chopped off and the body of the lure just gets thrown away into the water or on the ground by folks who think the lures are biodegradable. I am not convinced that they are biodegradable and unless the company states that they are with empirical evidence to back it up I will assume that the lures are just as NOT biodegradable.
Can't beat the cape. I'm an avid striper fisherman but watching you and elias catch these jumbo fluke has me hooked. I want to fish for them and try eating them. They look delicious but never tried one. Definitely goals for next season. Thanks for the great content

How much are you guys paying for your gulp? More specifically the 4 inch swimming mullets. I'm just saying but on amazon canada they randomly drop the prices to as low as 6-8$ for an entire pint jar but it is true that at full price, paying 30-36$ a jar is indeed pretty expensive : o

@@rockyshorestackle2489 By pork rinds do you mean fresh pork skin or like dried raw ones? Never went to look specifically for pork rind other than just stumbling upon fried pork rinds snacks and pork cuts with the skin on at butchers. I know for a fact that the gulp liquid pretty much preserves anything that's raw, I'd even say it cooks them if its raw shrimps but it'll never spoil if your juice is mostly still pure as in hasn't been too diluted with water from resoaking plastics.
