I used the thermal protectant cream on my natural hair, yes it straightened my hair very well. I now want my kinky back and it just isn’t happening! Help please!!!!

Now you said close the cuticle, so does that mean you're using cool/ cold air?
No your closing the cuticle by pointing the hair dryer down the hair shaft. This further closes the cuticle as well after rinsing conditioner out with cool water.
What brand blowdryer and flat irons do you use. I would like to purchase some for myself at home?
The flat iron is Legacy. I don’t know what kind of blow dryer she has.
