Watermelon Lolly Ice Cream | Watermelon Popsicle | Watermelon Ice Cream Recipe | Yummy

TODAY'S RECIPE IS Watermelon Lolly Ice Cream | Watermelon Popsicle | Watermelon Ice Cream Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Watermelon lolly
Watermelon
Squeeze juice
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Water 1 tbsp
Mix well & keep aside
Watermelon juice 2 cup
Sugar 1/4 cup
Bring it to a boil
Add corn flour mixture
Cook for 2 mins
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Let it cool down
Keep it in the freezer for 6 hours or over night
Dip into water for few seconds
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

I think it is to make the watermelon juice thick as it's more watery than any other fruit juice. I have seen another recipe of watermelon ice cream in which cornflour was used.

Good recipe one issue watermelon is very breakable when smushed meaning yours a grater can cut your fingers so please for your own convince use a blender!
