maybe because the man does 1200 bags p hour.. in this set up.. he needed a job anyway.. etc.. i knew guys who could do the same job in a fourth of the time the average person could.. they were in symbiosis with the given set up.. they worked a fourth of the time an average person worked and got payed the same..
it would probaby cost millions to change the set up and it is not ensured they could match a humans fine skills they probably had to pay an army of designers to get a different set up working.. managers builders..electro technisians software writers personal to keep the new systm going etc etc..
Sorry to break it to you but no your man is not able to make 1,200 bags per hour because when you do the mathematical equation it means that he would have to do 20per second, i work at a cement factory where we bag cement bags all day long and we do an average of 45-50 pallets for an 8 hours each pallet contains 30 bags of 94 lbs of Portland cement, so please you might want to retract your inaccurate statement and i should know i also work in this field of work here in El Paso TX for a cement facility called Jobe
1,200 bags per hour equals 3 per second according to my math. 60 minutes times 60 seconds equals 3,600 seconds per hour. 3,600 divided by 1,200 equals a bag every three seconds which the video appears to show.
Ok, Jose, you're getting paid by the hour. That's why you're doing less than 200 an hour. Maybe he's getting paid by the bag with no cap. (let me mansplain that to you, suppose they pay you a dollar for every bag you make in one hour, without limits. Now how many can you get done before the time runs out?) They didn't say he did 1200 bags an hour for a 12 hour shift either.
