This was the official rating list based on their stats by Riot. This list isn't an opinion. Derke and Chronicle are placed properly because sayf and Kingg had better KDR than them throughout the season. That doesn't mean they're better, though. Just means they frag out more.

Bruh, really? You put Kingg? You put Sayf at TOP 5? (I know he is great at VCT America but at masters and champions he is definitely not top 5). Alfajer and Leo definitely goated player, but after their not so good run in Champions (cuz Champions is the highest in one season in Valo Scene), they need to be below top 3. Aspas still deserves top 5. Something below top 5 is feeling not so right, and also after being champion of APAC, 3rd in masters and 2nd in Champions, PRX only have one player in top 10 2023? And EG doesn't have a single pllayer after winning Champions? Dude hahahahhaha
