    Hey all!
    Thank you for pointing out the audio issues here - it was a post-production oversight from us sorry about that!
    We were tempted to re-upload with the fixed audio but we didn't want to lose the engagement on the existing video.
    That being said, if enough of you want a re-upload or you want a version with the fixed audio then that's definitely something we can do.
    Let us know!

    The power of threes: 3 specific drills to improve the top 3 areas of need.
    Simple cues: climb with relaxed arms but strong fingers... pretend the holds are crumbling away and touch lightly.
    Listens to who he's coaching - and provides helpful feedback (good student here too).
    Excellent coaching and it works well on youtube, as he engages with each student (Sam, Neil, Hannah...) and shows them how they are capable of climbing better. Great job Louis! You may be an even better coach than a climber, which says a lot.

    Great video! I found that my clients when are doing their confidence training really appreciate the "speed climbing" drill. It teaches them their physical limits and they get more in the "just go" mindset. Its possible to do on both routes and boulders and helps developing dynamism as well.

    Louis, I love your coaching videos. They are so valuable. I really enjoyed watching how you make Sam explore the different options of doing just one move at the beginning of the video. And in general, it's always lovely to see how you apply some of your standard exercises from the training plans in a session and how (in this case) Sam is learning and improving thanks to those little challenges they create. Thanks for sharing! 🙂

    Very cool video! Love a good Louis tutorial.
    Also, interesting to see how often Sam wants to get his feet up high and get into a more scrunchy/froggy position considering that he's tall. And then as soon as you started doing the first exercise, he really got to use his length in those drop-knees.

    • @slackedelic8750

      This choice of word made me, as the reader, go back to check if I misread the word "cameramen" as "cameraman". Maybe if it said cameraperson i would have been better prepared for the ambiguously singular or plural nature of the word.

    • @zacharylaschober
      @zacharylaschober ปีที่แล้ว +2

      think would rather "cameraperson" because this is not simply meant to be a session with Sam but more what Louis looks for while coaching for the audience sake. As well, simply being more precise in description is not always better since "their" is not inaccurate and there is no confusion who is being discussed.
